Hey ya’ll!
Hope you and your families are enjoying a happy holiday season. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but welcome to my blog! I never thought I would join the “blogging bandwagon” but I’m thrilled to be sharing my innermost thoughts and feelings about everything AONE in the coming year. Move over Sarah Palin!
First things first! Registration has opened for the
2010 AONE Annual Meeting. We invite all of you to join us in Indianapolis from April 9-13. (This marks the first time AONE is holding an Annual Meeting in Indy; I have a feeling the town will never be the same!) Plans are well underway to bring you top-notch educational content, networking opportunities galore and the best and brightest of products and services in our jam-packed Exhibit Hall. We are hoping to have another incredible gathering of top nurse leaders throughout the country. I can’t wait!
As I get ready for Indy I’m already planning for my shopping trips to purchase clothes, and of course, SHOES!! Elizabeth (my daughter), Pat (my twin sister) and Katie (my niece) and I have a trip to New York City planned for December 28 – 30 and a trip to Charleston, SC the first week in February. Many of you know that shopping is my favorite hobby and what a great way to justify the expenses to New York City and Charleston. The picture of my sister and I (can you tell which one is me?) is from our last shopping “spree” at Charleston Place in July of this year!
Anyway, I digress. If you haven’t registered yet, be sure to
register for the Annual Meeting today. (After you have registered, you will receive information on how to book your hotel.) Also, be sure to
view more details on the speakers and all the program specifics.
Take good care, and happy holidays!
